Went to Cabo for some lunch, so dinner will be light.
As in cottage cheese and tomatoes with lotsa black pepper.

It is Fathers Day and his favorite is eggplan dipped in beaten egg and then bread crumbs. I add parmesan chees to the crumbs and then deep fry. We also have a couple of nice steaks that will go on the grill. Sides to be decided later.

lobster (before i cut/prepped it 4 noshing), buttered corn on the cob w/ frank's & garlic, angelhair w/ sundried tomato, truffle oil, seasalt & black pepper, & lemon-garlic butter for the lobster.
plenty enough now in the fridge 4 @ least 2 other dinners.

Leni, I also LOVE breaded eggplant, and eggplant parmesan.

  Here's what the China Buffet provided for dinner, that DS paid for. I always have three plates of food when dining here... Appetizer course, main course and finally, dessert course.

Mussels, stuffed clams and Nigiri Sushi with wasabi & pickled ginger on top.

IMG_0317.jpg

Shrimp, green beans, sesame chicken over vegetable fried rice and some kind of beef & mushroom dish that was quite good. (Quite possibly it could have been made from some feral animal from around the restaurant. :o )

IMG_0322.jpg

A couple more nigiri sushi, Crab rangoon, crab stuffed shells, pork egg roll, and imitation crab in an onion and cheese sauce.

And my favorite granddaughter enjoying the Buddhist's offerings...

Great to see you join right in...

I have a DW that is asleep in her EZ chair...and she's got a sweet tooth, and actually..it's more a "Sweet Jaw"..

She could survive on sugar alone. I tell her, when you come back to this earth as a second life...you will probably come as a "Hummingbird"...!"

Popcorn is DW's favorite!

The other day..I looked at the counter, and there was a huge plastic tupperware bowl filled to the top with popcorn...ok?

I said to "T"...,"Holy cow hon, how did you get so much popcorn out of that batch in the microwave?"....

She said,"That's Two (2) bags.

I flipped...LOL... She is the one with h i g h cholesterol lately, and TWO BAGS of BUTTERED Popcorn???? ... The a generous shake (like 10 times) of cheese powder!..
There is something wrong with that picture, I said to her!
She said,"Oh,that's just so I don't have to make it for tomorrow!"...

HELLOooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!.... and where is the container of popped corn?
Awww Gonnn! ...
I told her,..."No wonder you are so constipated all the time!!"

The point is ok here...It is a open conversation on F O O D and somehow someway...Food is what this post is about.

That's just my thought.

I used to be very very skinny. My mom took me to the Drs. because she seriously thought I had Rickets!... The biggest thing on my body..was my knees. Aside from the head, and believe me..i was blessed with a perfectly round head! hahahahaha

After age 6...I had my tonsils removed. That was the problem.
From then on...the only way I would be considered "skinny", would be if I stood next to a 750 Lb. Suma Wrestler! L O L

The shake powder Tina (DW) buys, is called "Chedder Shake"..
Powdered vermont Cheddar Cheese... By Cabot.

It's not always available in supermarkets..so we ordered it on line.
It is very good even with my taste critique!
You can use it for anything you want cheesy.

Here is the link to where we ordered it from.
At one time..The Vermont General Store Catalog carried it!
You could check it out!!
