Sugar Steaks

Cook's Illustrated/Cook's Country - their sugar steaks are seasoned with a mixture of sugar and salt, left to sit awhile, then sprinkled again with some sugar and pepper before grilling.

Sass made some the other night: Sass, what did you and your family think of them? Did you grill them?

We loved them!
Had the weather been cooperating we'd have grilled.
We broiled them.
Very tender and full of flavour.
