This is an easy impressive put-together fruit dish - perfect for Memorial Day.

strawberries
whipped cream -- or Reddiwip
blueberries

Clean & hull strawberries. Cut bottoms off to stand up.

Fill strawberries with whipped cream.

Top the whipped cream off with a few blueberries.

BEAUTIFUL!! Much more beautiful red, white and blue dessert than that tired old cake everyone makes. Sorry to those of you who make and love that cake.

They look gorgeous.

There is no way the strawberries I always get would ever stand on point like this, though, even trying to lean them against each other for balance. Mine are always so pointy, lol.
