Strawberry Shortcake Lush

Oh wow, I've never heard of a Lush (dessert-wise, that is)! Sounds incredible!

And there is a banana lush, a lemon lush, and I'll bet there is a blueberry lush, too!

I'm psyched!

It's a gorgeous tasting cake.
I chose to use the roll of sugar cookie dough as opposed to the suggested pack of cookie mix.
One less step don'tcha know.

Food network and others have recipes similar.
I'll be making this again for sure.
