SPINACH SALAD & DRESSING
The Dressing;
1 C. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 C. light brown sugar
1/4 C. White Vinegar
2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 C. Ketchup
1/2 C. Green Onions, chopped
Combine ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to use, stir well.
The Salad;
1 Lb. fresh spinach, torn, with vein and stem removed
1 c. celery, chopped
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
5 Strips Bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)
Combine and chill until ready to serve.
