Spinach Broccoli Ham Pie

Dough: *
150 g butter
3 dl wheat flour
0.5 dl milk
0.5 tsp salt


Filling:

1/2 liter boiled broccoli, cut into pieces
100 g ham (cubed)
1/2 liter spinach
1.5 dl cream or sour cream
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
mozzarella cheese, grated

Mix butter and flour by your fingers. Add the milk, stir quickly into a dough. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish. Add spinach, broccoli and ham cubes to the dish.

Mix cream/sour cream and egg, add white pepper. Pour over the filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 225 degrees C/437 F for 25 - 35 minutes.

* This is the basic dough what I usually use for savory pies. Sometimes I also add grated cheese and some herbs, depending of the fillings of the pie. When I am making sweet pies like apple pie, I add 1/2 desiliter sugar instead of salt. Easy and fast to make.

TY, i think my Mom may make that one on a holiday morning. she is great @ making pie & that recipe seems yummy to me~
