Please, Kathy, now you've gotten me started! ( But thanks for letting me vent!) He's gotten SO picky in his extreme old age!

Here are a couple of examples:

Doesn't like anything with hot, melted cheese in it - anything "oozy". When I make French Onion Soup, I have to put a chunk of cheese on the plate, not on the soup.

Dislikes anything with tomatoes. Rules out southern Italian and about 75% of the other great recipes in my files.

Doesn't care for steak, pork, ham, sausage, broccoli, winter squash, spicy.

Could eat burger, pasta, white rice and pickled eggs every day.

*sigh*

I often make different dinners for us - much like Peep does or used to do.
