Spelt Flour

I'm looking at trying other grains for braed baking and wondered if anyone has had experience baking bread using spelt.

Never made it with spelt, but I like the breads I purchase using it.

Spelt is an ancient form of wheat. Some with gluten allergies can eat it and others cannot.
