this steak was just about 2lbs... i have never tried reverse sear...wouldnt it cook it too much? i like my steaks...raaaaa rare..lol

bam .. if you like it rare .. then cook in smoker with heavy smoke until
it reaches 95-100 degrees .. then sear on a hot grill ..
unreal tasty ...
 
i am going to have to try the reverse sear

heres what's left..too bad i have no dog around for the bones..lol

i was actually thinking of you when i was grilling the steaks..thinking to myself, i have some great beer here, grill on high, steaks sizzling and i am here all alone enjoying it myself..lol
