I've never been a fan of spaghetti squash but this recipe in my market's flyer looked interesting. I bought a small spaghetti squash and scaled down the recipe. Added 1 clove of garlic.

I'd like to try it with acorn squash rings. And I'd like to use Boursin cheese instead of parm cheese and Alfredo sauce.
