I had some of these noodles for the first time the other day, and they were very good. I decided to read up on what I had eaten and was surprised to find:

I'll have to take your word for it, Chowder :mrgreen:. I don't even like regular pancakes. Good idea though for the pancake lovers.
 
You shouldn't have a problem finding them, Lefty. I found them in the Asian section. The ones I got are pre-cooked in vacuum sealed pkgs, so....bonus.... they are quick and easy too. Ka-Me brand (think that's right)
