Here are the smoked meatballs that I did over the weekend........

Heated up some nice marinara sauce ...........

three kinds of cheese: parmesan, provolone, and mozzarella .......

I lightly toasted the buns in a hot oven and then added the provolone and mozzarella. I topped it with some basil and oregano .......

Sliced the meatballs in half and topped with the marinara sauce and the parmesan cheese. Back in the oven until nice and melted.

Loved that smokey taste of the meatballs and the sauce and cheese.
 
Got any leftovers to drive on over to me, Blues?

These were the 1st smoked meatballs that I have ever done. I don't know if I will ever make them another way again. They were great!
