Slow Cooker Chicken, stuffing, Green Beans

Hi. Just made one of these recipes. All over the Internet. Just about all the recipes call for Stovetop stuffing mix. Tried this, and had the stuffing disappear in all the liquid. Can I try using a cubed stuffing mix like Pepperidge Farm or Brownberry to get a more solid, substantial stuffing?

I doubt that any bread stuffing would hold up in a slow cooker. You might think about some sort of rice/wild rice stuffing.
