Simple Light and Dark Stir Fry Sauces

Simple dark stir fry sauce

1/2 cup Chicken Stock
1 TBSP Sherry
3 TBSP Oyster Sauce
3 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 big TBSP cornstarch
1 Tsp Ginger powder (or fresh)
2 Tsp Garlic powder (or fresh)

Add 3-6 TBSP Sriracha sauce to make SPICY

Simple white stir fry sauce

3/4 cup Chicken Stock
1 tsp sugar
1 TBSP sesame oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 TBSP sherry
1/2 tsp salt.
1 TBSP cornstarch
1 tsp garlic
 
Thanks for the white stir fry sauce recipe, Kimchee.
I've always wanted to do a "shrimp with lobster sauce" like they do at restaurants.
This might be what I'll use when I try my hand at it, with a little tweaking here and there.
