SHRIMP SCAMPI BAKE
Ingredients
2 cups butter
2 TBL prepared Dijon-style mustard
2 TBL fresh lemon juice
2 TBL chopped garlic
2 TBL chopped fresh parsley
1 LB medium raw shrimp, shelled, deveined, with tails on or off, yor preference
1 Bunch Scallions, Sliced
Angel Hair Pasta
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Bring a Pot of water to the boil for the Angel Hair.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. When the butter melts completely, remove from heat and cover
Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish. Scatter the Scallion slices over the Shrimp.
Pour the butter mixture evenly over the shrimp and scallions.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

While the Shrimp are Baking...
Cook the Pasta to your preferred Done-ness.
Plate the Pasta and Top with the Shrimp and Butter Sauce..........
