I did buy one for a friend. he hosts an annual fishing trip in OK every year and his existing stove sucked. I ordered it and had it sent directly to him. he gushed over it!! I haven't seen it on a trip yet because he cherishes it and uses it at home. he still brings the junky one. hahaha.
the price then went up. so I waited 3 years. finally the stars aligned. it was on sale with free shipping.
this thing simmers!! I can turn it down way low. which is very nice when I am making rice at a camp site. and it turns way high!! it reminds me of the stove in my kitchen.
now I have an extra burner if I need one. people use it indoors all the time. hot pots, extra burners, etc. it seems to be the YouTube influencers stove of choice. it nice to cook stuff outdoors and not oil up every horizontal surface in my kitchen. deep fry, cooking fish, etc.
