Shaffer Style Crab Rngoon Dip with Won Ton Crackers

1 oz package cream cheese ( room temp)
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 six oz can crab meat
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
20 drops (or to taste) hot sauce
salt - to taste
1 small jar sweet and sour sauce
Won ton crackers

Won Ton cracker
4 tablespoons melted butter
30 won ton squares Parmesan Cheese, grated ( can use the green can but fresh is a little better)

Dip
Mix the cream cheese milk and garlic powder together.
add the crab, onion, onion powder and salt
microwave 2 minutes
spread in a flatish dish
Top with spoonfulls of the Sweet and sour sauce

Crackers
Brush cookie sheet with melted butter
cut Won Ton wrappers in half to form triangles arrange on butter pan
bake at 325 for 10 minutes.

Oh, this is BRILLIANT!!!!!

I ADORE crab rangoons, but I hate the fussiness of assembling them and then frying them!

I am definitely going to try this short-cut!
