Seen any good shows or movies?

Okay, just installed Plex and while I was looking, stumbled upon season 1 of Mad Men! One of my all-time favorite shows! It's good enough to put up with the damned commercials.

Thanks, Lora!

Last night I watched a James Beard documentary (there are several).

Then this popped up.
I'll watch it tonight.

James Beard, the Pacific Northwest and the birth of the foodie movement.

I’ll check it out. I imagine he’ll mention Canlis. It’s still on our to do list just never seem to plan ahead for it. My favorite Seattle place is Capital Grille. I’ve never had a bad meal there and chef went out of his way to prepare a special vegetarian meal for Peter.

Hope you watched it!
It was excellent 😊
Like Julia Child said " it all started with Jim"..

I just watched and loved it. I was shocked to see the sterling silver setting in the jello mold section - it was our Edgewood from 1909.

Now I have to do an oyster fry up. There was a still shot of the Yaquina oysters where Nancy and I went 1.5 years ago. We agreed they were some of the best NW oysters we had.

I stayed up late and watched several episodes of Tasting History with Max Miller.
Good stuff.

Last night, I started watching Binging With Babish.

History Channel last week I watched a three part series called Grant about Ulysses S Grant’s role in the Civil War and his presidency afterward.
And the first three parts of the new series World War II with Tom Hanks.

Last night on History Channel (2 parts) The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire.
And also on History Channel the new episode of The UnXplained.

Currently re watching the X Files from episode one season one ... the latter episodes are better though from memory?

I've been watching A Good Girl's Guide to Murder on Netflix. It is a British series. I just started Season 2. Sure hope there is/will be a Season 3! If you like a good murder mystery, you'll enjoy this one!

I watched the first of a Netflix limited series, The Boroughs. It has potential. I plan to watch more. By the same guy who created Stranger Things.

I thought it started off well, then "jumped the shark" later on. But I never liked Stranger Things, either.

We'll see how far I go with the Boroughs. I did not care for Stranger Things either.

I've been looking around on tubi to see if there's anything new added lately.
Seems like once you find something good, then scroll down to "related" content you just might find something even better.
