I've been instructed to save the fat ends for my Jeff.
I had a slice for lunch, and will have a few more at dinner.

I cannot believe how simple this was.
The only tricky part was in the rolling lol
Didn't add anything more to the sausage to season it.
I used a Bob Evans Italian sausage roll, the Pillsbury dough in the can and a full packet of Mozzarella.
