Salmon and Steelhead Patties

Nancy made these for dinner tonight. In a bit I will take some to my friend Jeff.
She uses shrimp puréed in a blender to act as a binder. I’ll get the recipe from
her.

This is a combination of grated onions, dill weed, salt and pepper, panko, egg, and shredded fish fried in butter and oil mixture. There’s no amounts, she just throws it all together.
