We got home late so pan fried burgers and opened a can of Bush’s steakhouse Beans.
Leftovers today.
I made a corned beef in the crockpot last week, but I cooked it too long - it didn't slice well. Made a great hash and I got a spectacular crust on it! Too bad you can't see my beautiful crust under my egg.
Lots of leftover hash for more dinners/breakfasts.

We had an acorn squash in garage since Fall so I baked then added brown sugar and butter - it was a bit dry but tasted okay. Nancy put these beef ribs in the crock pot this morning with some beef broth, garlic, and soy sauce and quite tasty.
We're probably going out for dinner tonight.
We had an early dinner at El Mezcal in Defiance for my birthday!

I'm raiding the freezer to make a Fisherman's Platter, of sorts. I've got "Breaded Scallops" that I'll pan fry, Tempura Shrimp and Gorton's Fish sticks that I'll pop into the oven. I've not decided if we'll have red potatoes or baked taters...and we'll have coleslaw too. Made that earlier today.

Nancy put some discounted frozen pork chops in the slow cooker this morning. We just pulled the pork and added a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s. There will be cauliflower on the side.
