Roasted Cauliflower Steak

CAULIFLOWER STEAKS

INGREDIENTS
1 large head of Cauliflower
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
tsp Garlic seasoning or minced garlic (I used a Garlic-Jalapeno Blend)

Optional
1 cup Parmesan cheese

METHOD
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Wash and remove leaves from cauliflower. If needed cut the stem off with a sharp knife.
Slice head side up, stem side down in 3/4 inch slices.
Lay steaks and florets on a large baking sheet. {If the head crumbles that is fine, just add florets to baking sheet with steaks}.
Salt and pepper the steaks.
Sprinkle with garlic seasoning mix or minced garlic.
Lightly drizzle with olive oil.
Flip the steaks and florets over with a spatula to coat with olive oil and blend seasonings.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Gently turn over steaks and florets with a spatula and roast 15-20 more

If you're using the cheese, Add in the last 10-15 minutes of the roast.
