Thanks, Doc. It was very good. I’ll do the other one next week.Looks fantastic!!!!! GREAT job!!!!!
That’s a sauté pan and would have to measure it but would say it is 6-8”. It’s my favorite pan, have had it a long time, and can’t remember where I got it.what diameter pan do you use for the grill veggies?
here it would be for two people - so 6-8 inch would be max....
CM, the bottom of the skillet says Chef’s Skillet, 9 Inches, Made in USA. Hard to say what factory made it.what diameter pan do you use for the grill veggies?
here it would be for two people - so 6-8 inch would be max....
That’s a ribeye. Matt had to take his off the menu because folks complained about the fat. He now serves a NY Strip. The fat that has been grilled and smoke is the bees knees.Beautiful steaks, John!
I don't usually buy ribeyes because of all the fat, but yours look so good I may give one a try this summer!

The top diameter is 9” and floor dia. is 7”.yup. I wonder if the 9" dimension refers to the top rim diameter?
I got a two-handled pan from Darto - the "floor" diameter is about 6.5 inches - might work for that approach....
