That’s it, Battle Turkey is now Ooooooooo-Vuuuuuhhhhh!

So many think it’s chicken, beef or pork for dinner…throw in a little fish, and most are done. But what about Turkey? Well, in this Battle you will find what you can do with Turkey, and you’ll quickly discover Turkey is not just for the Holidays.

Now, on to the results.

Really nice spread across the dishes. Each one covers an avenue and methodology. Very well done everyone!!

BEAUTIFUL dishes you guys!! Every week I keep wishing to participate, but either the mind, body or pocketbook are not willing!! One of these days!! ;)

I would love to see this one done again the week of Thanksgiving to see how everyone does their bird differently as well as what they do with the leftovers :)

Good idea! Maybe for the week of Thanksgiving we'll have a special "Thanksgiving Battle" where everyone can showcase their Thanksgiving specialties. That should prove nice. And it would be a great resource for anyone planning a Thanksgiving feast.
