I really like the Melinda’s sauces I’ve had. I hope that isn’t just heat, and has some flavor.
This one brings the heat and has a flavor I like. It’s my go to.
Well...
3 drops on a piece of Hot Dog Roll...
Nice Flavor..... count to three .....WHAM !
Went straight for cold milk ... burning lips for about 8 minutes...
after fifteen , decided I needed to rinse my dentures...
Pasta night :
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce is planned ...
My sauce usually is about 28 - 30 ounces when done...
I'll add 1/2 tsp. and see how that works ...

Nancy finally has an appointment with her cardiologist this afternoon - she’s been in Afib all this time.

She will have a cardioversion 15 Feb and another ablation in March. The cardiologist couldn’t believe the army hospital didn’t do a cardioversion when she was in last time.

As you may recall, Larry works the security detail at Eagles and Phillies games… a few weeks ago, he applied to work security for the NFL at the Super Bowl, and was accepted !
Because the NFL is actually renting State Farm Stadium from the owners, they bring in their own crews… didn’t know that …
Larry has been an avid Chiefs fan since the Joe Montana years, which drove him to apply for this gig. He hopes he doesn’t get an on-field assignment, or worse, a parking lot assignment, as either way, he won’t be able to see any of the action…

Related to the story above about Los Mariachis.
Not once have I ever had a bad dining experience there.
The food has been superb, the staff attentive, I've tipped well, been there at least 6 times over the course of the last 4 years.
However, when the owner is screwing his own employees out of their wages in such a fashion, I won't be going back.
The community are shocked over this.
I don't go to Wauseon that often, but next time if we fancy Mexican food in that area, I'm choosing a place called Azteca.
