I really like the Melinda’s sauces I’ve had. I hope that isn’t just heat, and has some flavor.
This one brings the heat and has a flavor I like. It’s my go to.
Well...
3 drops on a piece of Hot Dog Roll...
Nice Flavor..... count to three .....WHAM !
Went straight for cold milk ... burning lips for about 8 minutes...
after fifteen , decided I needed to rinse my dentures...
Pasta night :
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce is planned ...
My sauce usually is about 28 - 30 ounces when done...
I'll add 1/2 tsp. and see how that works ...

Nancy finally has an appointment with her cardiologist this afternoon - she’s been in Afib all this time.

She will have a cardioversion 15 Feb and another ablation in March. The cardiologist couldn’t believe the army hospital didn’t do a cardioversion when she was in last time.
