Quick update on the little one :)

Just wanted to let you know that Maya is doing wonderfully! She has been taken off her oxygen completely and as well passed her 3 rd swallow test so I am now able to slowly start giving her bottles again!! We have a few X-rays and appointments tomorrow and Tues so hopefully her progress will be even more! Even though she is able to feed on bottles a bit now she will still most likely have her stomach feeding tube (G-Tube) for a few months at least, but her progress has gone MUCH faster than expected!! :D :wub:

Here a few new pics! Thanks everyone for her obvious continued prayers...they have done us wonders!

That's wonderful news about her progress!

Almost (and I do mean almost) makes me want another one... then I remember the diapers...
 
I can't believe how much she has grown, Dee. Look at that beautiful, little face! It's the first time I've seen her without the oxygen cannula. I'm so happy to hear how much progress she has made. It must be because she is at home with her wonderful Mommy and sister! Hugs and kisses to all of you.
 
Such a Beautiful Doll you have there Dee....She really has grown since the last few pics I've seen of her...God Bless You and Your Family...Peace Be W/You All!:biggrin:
 
Dee - Your post and the pictures are nothing short of heartwarming. Thank you for posting them. I have been wondering how she was doing.

I'm so glad everything is headed for the better. Are you getting a little rest now? LOL who am I kidding, my youngest is 4 I STILL dont get any rest.... :D

LOL Trust me, I DO Mama!!! Can't get enough of kissing those cheeks...and Ayla can't get enough of her feet and toes! LOL Never thought my 3 yr old would have a foot fettish! ;) :D
