Ingredients;

1-1/2 cups chopped leftover ham.

1/2 cup each, chopped;

Onion, Celery, Green pepper.

1/2 cup sweet relish.

1/2 tsp. each;

Celery seed, Garlic powder, Ground black pepper, Sylvia's Seasoning.

1/8 tsp. Cajun seasoning.

1/2 cup mayonnaise.

Directions;

Here's the easy part;

Roughly cut ham into medium size pieces.

In food processor, and with metal chopping blade & pulse button, pulse-chop the ham several pulses just until the meat is in small pieces. Transfer to medium-size mixing bowl.

Meanwhile, place roughly cut veggies into food processor's work bowl fitted with metal blade and pulse-chop with several pulses until just finely chopped only.

Add to chopped ham in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently with large spoon or a spoonula just until blended.

Mixture can now be used to make sandwiches or placed on top of a garden salad.

Enjoy! :piesmiley1::eating2: :bounce:

Serves 6 or 7 people.
