Hi all,
I have 3 thin sliced pork chops. I was thinking of frying them.. First dredging in seasoned flour, pepper, maybe tad paprika, and some herb de provence.; and frying in some olive oil for several minutes on each side...My question is gravy. How do I make it? was thinking of adding some chicken broth to drippings-not much of that though, and some extra seasonings, with a little flour? sounds ok? Peeps gravy always look awesome--she is the gravy Queeen...
