Polynesian Smoked Sausage Kabobs

1/3 c honey
1/4 c whole grain mustard
2 Tbsp of sherry
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 finely minced garlic cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger or 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1-1/4 lb smoked sausage (kielbasa works well too)
cherry tomatoes, whole or halved if they're large
green pepper, onion & zucchini all cut in 1" pieces
1 (20oz) can of pineapple chunks, drained or you can use fresh

In a large bowl, whisk in the first 8 ingredients. Add the sausage & vegetables to the bowl; toss to coat.
Add the coated mixture to skewers & grill 4-6 min on each side until browned & heated through. Baste with reserved marinade. :kiss:
