Pineapple Upside Down Ham Loaf

1 T butter
2 T brown sugar
3 cups of cooked ground ham
1 T grated onion
1/4 t dry mustard
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
canned pineapple- (save 1/4 c juice) rings, crushed or chunks
cayenne pepper

Melt the butter and pour into a casserole dish, the sprinkle with brown sugar.
Add the drained pineapple.
Mix thoroughly ground ham, onions, mustard, bread crumbs--egg, and the pineapple juice.
Place into casserole dish, pressing firmly and evenly.
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
