0,42 cup mashed popato powder (or alternatively 1 or 2 cooked potatoes mashed) (1 desiliter)
0,84 cup wheat flour (2 desiliter)
1 teaspoon baking powder
0,22 lb butter or baking margarine (100 g)
0,42 cup cold water (1 desiliter)

Mix the baking powder into the flour.
Add mashed potato powder and margarine.
Mix the ingredients together with your fingers. Or pinch them with fingers, I am not sure how to express this right.
Add cold water and mix quickly into a dough.
Place dough to the fridge for half an hour.

Grease the pie dish with butter and dust it with breadcrumbs.
Press the dough into the pie dish.

Fill the pie dish with your desired filling. I have used spinach, sun dried tomatoes, smoked pork and cheese on the top but it´s up to you what you like to use.

Bake in the oven at 400 F/Gas Mark 6
25- 30 minutes
