The following web site is a great free place to manipulate your pictures. I have been going through and changed some of my family pics to black and white, I have played with a few other of the tools and everything I have tried so far is great. It even lets you save them when you are done. Resizing, rotating, effects and even what type of file you would like to save the output as. So far it is in BETA, but I am still impressed.
