Just for the heck of it, I perused the beef section of the supermarket and there it was! Just one package labeled Top Round for Braciole! LOL! Five nice, thin slices.
I snapped it up, Foodsavered it, and put it in the freezer for my next venture. Will be using your recipe, Peep!
It looks as if you also put in some Italian sausages in your braising sauce, right? Love that idea, too!
