What the heck do I do with 2 jars of gross peanut butter? Throw it in the back of cupboard till it grows fuzz? I do know I am going to buy my Skippy. At least it taste's good & like peanuts.

Mama Queen of Cornbread Sep 7, 2011 #4 What about a low carb peanut butter cookie? 1 cup of peanut butter 1 cup of sugar substitute 1 egg 1 teaspoon of vanilla Mix it all together. Form into balls, make a criss cross with the tines of a fork. bake at 350° for about 12 minutes. Makes about 16 cookies.

Mama Queen of Cornbread Sep 7, 2011 #8 I've made them a few times before. I've used both sugar and a sugar substitute. Both ways the cookies are pretty good.
