I bottled up 7 quarts of O’Henry peaches today. The gal that provided the recipe told porkies. It was not quick and easy. My wife cut up and froze the rest.

Wonder where these are? I’ll have to look deeper into our stores.

Tonight I took my chances and opened a jar of brandied peaches from 2003. They taste wonderful.
