1 box graham crackers
1 small container of Cool Whip (thawed)
1/2 c shredded coconut
1/2 c butter-softened
1 14 oz can of peaches- drained and mashed
1/2 c sugar
Cream butter and sugar in a medium sized bowl. Gently fold in coconut and peaches.
Line bottom of buttered 9x9 pan with graham crackers. Cover with peach mixture.
Add another layer of graham crackers.
Spread with whipped topping, then sprinkle with some graham cracker crumbs and/or toasted coconut if you like.
Chill for a few hours before serving.
