As a guide, I used a recipe that I saw on America's Test Kitchen V=https://www.americastestkitchen.com...ola-handmade-pasta-with-mushrooms-and-sausage but I didn't mess with the homemade pasta. I bought fresh cavatelli from a great Italian market near me - wonderful!
I used some of my foraged dried mushrooms, fresh baby bellas and locally made Itlian sausages. Honestly, I wish I could eat another bowl of this!
