I mixed this lightly between my fingers and will be using it on chicken.

It makes exactly half a cup.

That's what I thought. Sounds wonderful! Nice and spicy.

I add brown sugar plus LOTS of other ingredients to my BBQ Rub.

Let me know if you're interested in that recipe.

Lee, I sent it to Johnny West too.
He said it sounds like his Lol

Sure, Peeps!

I tasted a bit of if from my finger tip.
It wasn't all that spicy.

Sure smells good in here right now.

This made just enough to cover 4 good sized thighs.
It's the bomb!

Thank you for this cool recipe. I used it for cooking beef and it turned out very tasty. I also tried making beef jerky by adding a few other ingredients to your recipe, such as Worcestershire, soy sauce, and a little Tabasco. At the beginning, you will need to thinly cut the meat. You will need to marinate everything in the resulting sauce and leave it in the refrigerator for a day. When you get it out of the refrigerator, blot it with napkins to remove excess moisture. Then you need to string the meat on toothpicks and put it on the grill in the oven. Set the oven to a minimum temperature and slightly open the door and cook for 3-4 hours. The main thing is to make sure that meat does not completely dry out. Then you can turn off the gas, close the oven and leave the beef jerky until the oven cools down.
