Then you need to string the meat on toothpicks and put it on the grill in the oven. Set the oven to a minimum temperature and slightly open the door and cook for 3-4 hours. The main thing is to make sure that meat does not completely dry out. Then you can turn off the gas, close the oven and leave the beef jerky until the oven cools down.
