You will need to marinate everything in the resulting sauce and leave it in the refrigerator for a day. When you get it out of the refrigerator, blot it with napkins to remove excess moisture. Then you need to string the meat on toothpicks and put it on the grill in the oven. Set the oven to a minimum temperature and slightly open the door and cook for 3-4 hours. The main thing is to make sure that meat does not completely dry out. Then you can turn off the gas, close the oven and leave the beef jerky until the oven cools down.
