Thanks for your concern. I didn't see a doctor, no ins. right now. Feet take a long time to heal, and this was my first real foot injury. So it's a shock that it's taking so long. I'm still limping a little but I think the more I use my foot now the better it will be. I have some racing plans for 2011 so I'm getting back into training. It's a slow process.
I'm just glad to be back in the kitchen. I didn't want to even see a sauté pan for the longest time!
Btw, don't feel bad about the pasta, my brothers dog grabbed a near whole smoked brisket a little while back. Haha!
