1 pk onion soup mix
2 lbs stew beef (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/2 t salt
1 t paprika
Place the above in a large ziplock bag and shake to coat.

Next place the meat in large round casserole.
Quarter 3 medium potatoes and place on top.
Slice 1 large onion and 6 large carrots, then place on top of potatoes.
Combine 1 can of cream of celery soup with 1/4 c ketchup and 1/4 c A-1 steak sauce.
Pour this over the top, cover and bake 325 for 1 1/2- 2 hrs.
