Ordering a Pizza in 2010

I saw that this morning and it just cracked me up. I should of titled the thread when your insurance company takes over the world. :wink:
 
Thanks, Joe. I laughed my butt off. But you know, this kind of thing scares the crap out of me, being the paranoid, conspiracy theorist that I am. Insurance companies scare me almost as much as the government!
 
Yea no kidding. What really kills me is when they don't pay up on legitimate claims, then they go into collections and ruin your credit before they finally pay up...
Not that they have paid up yet... I am still waiting...
 
If you haven't seen Sicko check it out and watch it. There is a case where a fairly young woman (early 30's) came down with cancer of the uterus. Now she had a major HMO (I forget the company off the top of my head) and they refused to pay on the grounds that she didn't tell them about a yeast infection she had when she was 17. Those are the games they play and they have done it to me more than once. I don't have health insurance now. The only insurance now is life and auto. I wished I had all the money they have gotten out of me over the years as if I had it and put it in the bank the interest I could live on the rest of my life very comfortably.
