Competitive-eating champ Takeru Kobayashi (tah-kah-roo koh-bee-yah-shee) conquered Philadelphia's annual gustatory gorge-fest by eating 337 chicken wings in a half-hour before a crowd of nearly 20,000 at Wing Bowl XX

i agree, pancho. on the gross/fascinating factor. i don't know how they manage. seen that that they actually take classes for competive noshing years ago on tv. very disciplined ones, for the nathan's contest.

The guy who won is the infamous six time winner of the Nathan's contest.

(Personally, I think Nathan's should change the rules: Dogs must be eaten
in the bun, with at least one condiment of choice. No dipping bread in water.)

average chicken wing weighs say 2-4oz....with only what a 1/4 to half of that being edible meat and skin. with it just being a 1/4 of that being edible, thats over 5lbs of meat..yikes
