I had this complimentary Old Fashioned on the plane this morning. It was quite good and the Filbert and Fir Bitters gave it a unique taste.

After the funeral we went to an Italian restaurant for a catered buffet. I had two Old Fashioned’s that were so-so. I think what I didn’t like was too much simple syrup.
