I am not working at the moment (health issues and reasons of my own) and I cook for my family. Is there a problem with that?

I've been MIA lately myself. I've only had time to pop in for a few minutes here and there. I had a houseful of visitors for Thanksgiving and things are just now beginning to get back to normal. Personally, I'm thankful that we have people like you Peeps to keep this forum alive and take up some of the slack for people like me so THANK YOU!

That's right Aubrey...
I enjoy the forum myself. It's like a club for someplace to shoot the bull...and just exchange idea's and things to cook.

To me, it is very inspirational to be able to communicate on a subject such as cooking.

I try and keep up the traditional cooking and making of things, and hand them down to my kids; so that when I'm gone...( boo hoo only cuz I won't be able to eat anymore)...they will be able to say, I'm wishing for dads Pizza, and go right ahead and make it from scratch. Ha Ha Ha ... well, DD is the only one that would be of any use trying to teach, because the son Jimmy doesn't like to cook.
His wife cooks...but basic stuff, and has no time to learn the more intricate things in cooking. What she does cook though...she does a great job; I must say.

The one Big and beautiful thing about this forum site...Is the People are so friendly and abiding. Sometimes it takes a while to see and read between the lines, and a little sifting so that feelings are not set adjar, but here on this site...it seems like if it does happen, it is a like a Family Thing, and in time, it blows over and fades away. At least that is my presumption.

I have another site that I frequent, and that is only because ...again, the people are nice. Geeze...I think I have like over 6000 posts on that one.

I jist fried some sausage patties for breakfast tomorrow. I have plans of scrambled eggs with cheese / hot rolls (from the blue tube) and the sausage, with maple syrup to dippy dippy it in.
Some panckaes would be fitting too, but that all depends.

I think the kitty like sage sausage...she's sniffing around and crying.
No No No kitty...you will get a tummy ache! hahahahaha

I do not have an issue with that..it is so happened that when I came on line to visit this site, all I saw was your name with all the posts!
It got me wondering, so I asked...

You are awesome and most time do not get the thanks you deserve for all to contribute here. A big THANKS to you for taking the time to share a little bit of yourself on here. We have our ups and downs here but you are the one constant who we can count on and I thank you for that.
