Noodle / Cheese Dog Casserole
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups cooked Egg noodles (Thin)
2 cups diced hot dogs (5)
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2-3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup grated sharp Vermont Cheddar cheese
Pre-Heat oven to 350F degrees.
In a medium skillet, Saute onions and peppers in butter until
tender. Add hot dogs, curry, salt and noodles, then 3/4 cup grated cheese. Fold it all together.
Place into 2 quart casserole. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
