What will be served at your table to bring good luck in the New Year?

At MGJ compound we'll have Texas caviar to ring in the New Year. Pork loin with sauerkraut (home brewed) on New year's Day.
 
I'm not making it, but in the south, Hoppin' John, a dish with black-eyed peas, is supposed to bring good luck in the new year.
 
I will be making breaded pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, greens (for prosperity), black-eyed peas (for good luck) and corn bread.

2 15 OZ CANS BLACK EYED PEAS DRAINED
1 CAN HOMINY DRAINED
3 MED OR 2 LARGE ROMA TOMATOES
SEEDED, DICED
4 SCALLIONS CHOPPED
3 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
1 MEDIUM GREEN OR YELLOW BELL
PEPPER DICED
1 - 3 JALAPENOS SEEDED DICED FINE
1 TBS. CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO
8 OZ. FAT FREE ITALIAN DRESSING OR OLD
DUTCH DRESSING
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A TUPPERWARE OR SOME NON POROUS BOWL WITH TIGHT
SEALING LID. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR 8 HOURS TO OVER NIGHT SHAKING
OCCASIONALLY.
SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS.

I've been making black eyed peas every year. This year, I think I'll be making Indian themed BEPs.
 
Oops - if any of you are planning on following the Mexican tradition of eating 12 grapes, you do it at MIDNIGHT New Year's Eve, not on New Year's Day.
