My town (28% Asian) has two huge Asian supermarkets. Wish I knew better what to do with more of the stuff!

The Woks of Life website helped me explore Asian cooking a lot. They have a comprehensive ingredient list that is the best I have seen anywhere, plus they are responsive to questions. I've yet to make a recipe that steered me wrong on the website.
