nacho burger

this turned out really tasty ...
i used ground chuck for the burger ..
cooked to my desired doneness (well done)
i added store bought taco seasoning when making the
burger patties ...
then i put refried beans on the bottom ..
then the burger ..
then a some bagged mexican cheese blend ..
some home made salsa that a buddy gave me ..
then some smashed tortilla chips ..
some tomatoes and sour cream ...
then some chipotle peppers ..
all in all i will make this again ...

The other day on the Food Network Burger Cookoff I saw a lady do a bean puree to put on her burger. I don't remember if it was a nacho burger or not, but I thought that was a great idea. Nice burger.

I saw this yesterday but didn't realize it had smashed tortilla chips on it. Very nice addition.
