this weeks competition is BBQ Spaghetti

all i can say is i am going outside of the box this week.. Keltin and Vera know what i am making. i will post my recipe and pics after i make the dish..

i wont post exactly what i am making as some of the members are probably lurking(i wish they would join) as i posted a picture with my UDS and the NCT banner on my smoker

That one guy has some really big meatballs! Reminds me of the movie Hancock where they did Meatball Madness.
 
But really, that's it, I'm doing spaghetti on the grill this week too. I'll post it when I do it! :lol:
 
well so far i have run my recipe by the family, they all like my secret ingredient and like the way i Q meatballs, so if the pics dont do it justice at least the originality and flavor will hit it out of the park...i am hoping..lol

a mix of ground beef and hot italian sausage

smoking them with a mix of maple and cherry

the pics will be fairly big... i borrowed a camera for the weekend and am loving the pics it is taking..lol

it is actually a lower end Kodak EasyShare...but it takes great pictures... i believe my next purchase will be a Kodak...i am not liking my Canon.

they are both 8+ mp and the kodak is better
 
small update... omg things are smelling good around my house..lol

if you have never smelled cherry wood burning, you need to..lol

it is one of my most favorite smells in the world
